I recently acquired this fairly unusual and high quality instrument to sell on after attending to various repairs, I have recovered the windmotor, play/rewind pneumatic, pedal bellows and reservoir. I have also replaced all of the leather gaskets in the lower action, the stack having been restored several years ago.

It is now easy to pump and very responsive as can be heard  from this clip on youtube:
